From Norfolk on I-64 West: take Exit 190 toward 5th Street/Downtown/Coliseum. At exit 190, take ramp to the left for Petersburg/ Coliseum/Downtown. VHI is located on the right at 102 N 5th Street between Grace and Franklin Streets. The entrance to the Monument City parking garage is on your left just past Franklin Street. Please be sure to obtain a validation sticker from Megan at VHI to place on your parking ticket so that your parking will be validated for the Monument City Parking Garage. OR from Franklin Street turn right on 6th Street, keep across Main Street and turn left into the 6th & Main Street parking garage. Upon entering please tell the cashier that you are with Virginia Health Information so he/she won’t charge you the $10 fee for the day.
